This tour highlights the famous Mutianyu Great Wall, one of the best the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, and the Sacred Way, a main way leading to the Ming Tombs.

In the morning, you will be picked up from the hotel by your guide.Your first stop of private Beijing tour is the Sacred Way which means the road leading to heaven.The Scared Way, affiliated with the Ming Tombs, is a main road leading to all the tombs in this area. The road, seven kilometers (4.3 miles) long, has a stone memorial arch, Great Red Gate (Dahongmen), a stele pavilion, stone statues and the Dragon and Phoenix Gate (Longfengmen).

You will have lunch after visiting the Jade Carving Artistic Center.

In the afternoon you'll hike the Great Wall at Mutianyu,which is a section of the Great Wall of China located in Huairou County 70 km northeast of central Beijing. The Mutianyu section of the Great Wall is connected with Jiankou in the west and Lianhuachi in the east. As one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall used to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs.

Going back to your hotel in Beijing will normally take about 1½ hours. Likewise for Beijing train stations. Going to Beijing Capital Airport directly normally takes about 2 hours from Mutianyu.
